Denver Sunday Night Dinner Post

We had a lovely square meal that included a fresh mixed green and dried fruit salad with a home made vinaigrette dressing; mashed potato's; steamed broccoli and braised short ribs. Sorry no pictures on this lovely meal but in truth we were being poor college students and ate at my folks house. Thank you parents and grandparents for understanding our lack of income and letting us come over for dinner :-) !!
