Okay, so I am starting a newer healthier diet to help shed some of this back to school bulk I have put on while in nursing school. BUT after a 12 hour shift at the hospital I really want something fast which leads to not so healthy choices.
I am trying to pull out my healthier recipes but I don't want to get bored to quickly.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
kraftfoods.com has a whole lighter recipes section. It is under the "Healthy Living" tab on their front page. I've found lots of yummy healthy recipes there. :) Good luck!

ReplyDeleteYes Please!! I am trying but alas I've been making mostly old stand by's. Not that they are bad, just not as new and interesting as a dieter is looking for you know :-)
