The problem is, a lot of recipes are things my kids won't go near, or that aren't cost effective. Easy is nice, but in these times, food storage friendly or especially budget friendly is key.

Bagel Sandwiches
1 Plain Bagel cream cheese (aka Schmear LOL) 2-4 slices of deli ham
You get how to build it, right? Then nuke it till it hot (in my microwave that's about 30 seconds.)
