The problem is, a lot of recipes are things my kids won't go near, or that aren't cost effective. Easy is nice, but in these times, food storage friendly or especially budget friendly is key.
So i made this and it was great. Then mya and i went out for lunch and had really yummy cheesy chicken soup and it gave me an idea, take your recipe and add cheddar cheese soup in place of broth and add chicken chunks. it would be like chicken enchillada soup. what do you think
