The problem is, a lot of recipes are things my kids won't go near, or that aren't cost effective. Easy is nice, but in these times, food storage friendly or especially budget friendly is key.

A new family favorite.... heee heee hee
We call these "Horse shoes" It looks an awful lot like celery but it can't be since its not stringy. LOL
