The problem is, a lot of recipes are things my kids won't go near, or that aren't cost effective. Easy is nice, but in these times, food storage friendly or especially budget friendly is key.

Menu Challenge!
I'm now on bed rest and wish to live vicariously through others. What are your menu plans for the next week or two? Its autumn now. Any good fall recipes to add?
