The problem is, a lot of recipes are things my kids won't go near, or that aren't cost effective. Easy is nice, but in these times, food storage friendly or especially budget friendly is key.

Spicy chip dip
1 pkg Cream Cheese (softened)
1 can Rotel Tomatoes (Undrained)
Mix with mixer until well blended. We like it with regular potato chips, but it works with tortilla chips and Fritos as well.
