The problem is, a lot of recipes are things my kids won't go near, or that aren't cost effective. Easy is nice, but in these times, food storage friendly or especially budget friendly is key.

Steak marinade...
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (the needles, separated from the sprigs)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Blend and pour over steaks in a casserole dish. Let set for a few hours. Grill or Broil as desired.
