Duck a la'Orange

I received Mastering the Art of French Cooking for Christmas (and got to open it early as it was from a friend) and I have used it almost everyday. Tonight as a special treat for family who have come inn town I made Duck a la'Orange, braised artichokes with a white wine reduction, and fluffed mashed potatoes. It came out beautifully.
