Carmel Pecan Crisps

It is sort of a glazed, crispy graham cracker.

Ingredients:
aluminum foil
graham crackers.  
1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans or your favorite nut meats


Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with graham crackers.   I break them into squares, or bars and push them together so it looks like one big cookie.

In a sauce pan melt:
1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
stir in 1/2 cup white sugar

Boil for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

Spread this mixture over the crackers and sprinkle with chopped pecans or your favorite nut meats.

Bake for 10 minutes or less at 350.

Remove to a sheet of foil as soon as possible!!!

They get hard fast.
