So we needed to use up our ham from Sunday.
this is basically Funeral Potatoes with Ham
I shredded up about 2 cups of ham
Added 1 bag of shredded hashbrowns
1 family size can of Cream of Chicken
1 Tbs dried onion
1/2 - 1 cup of sour cream
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Topping: Crumbled up Rice Chex in melted butter
350 till bubbly and starting to turn golden brown
