I could be wrong, but I think the middle one is for homemade pasta. You roll out your dough, cut it, and then let it dry out before cooking. Let me know if I'm wrong!
I couldn't tell you if you are right. I haven't a clue about any of these. :P
The middle is for pasta! you can also use it to make braided cookies and sweatbreads at christmas and easter. The bottom is a cherry pitter. The top crazy fork...well it just looks like a crazy fork:-)
