5-6 Rinsed and Sliced Russet potatoes
Season salt and chili powder
Bake at 425 until golden brown
Move to a plate
Top with 2-3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
and crispy bacon bits
Nuke in the microwave until cheese is nice and melty
Serve and dip in Ranch dressing
