This is a large recipe and I usually cut it, but for the sake of being accurate here it is in full scale.
Salad:
12 cups baby spinach
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups honeydew melon balls
2/3 cup Gouda cheese diced
2/3 cup broken pecans (optional)
Dressing:
1/4 lime juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbls veggie oil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
